Enterprising, highly driven Experience / Qualifications
A high caliber MS / M-Tech/ BE in mechanical with 5– 10 years of prior experience in Design & Development. Preferably having experience in AUTOMOBILE.
- He should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment.
Job Responsibilities Would be responsible for
Conceiving designing & prototyping, manufacturing new product. which are innovative & class leading.
Execution of product development with a stipulated time frame
Cad design of plastic, sheet metals ,die casting
Product costing & budgeting
Controlling topline and bottomline activities
Planning growth and expansion
Brand Management
Monitoring competitors activities
